GameZones Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GameZones platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with GameZones. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application.

These Terms are effective from the moment you complete your registration on GameZones. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.

GameZones reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notifications wherever possible. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and play on GameZones, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gambling under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of GameZones, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

GameZones may request documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension. This is standard practice for all licensed online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.

If you are found to have registered while ineligible — for example, if you are underage — any winings generated during that time will be forfeited and your account will be permanently closed. GameZones takes its obligations regarding underage gaming extremely seriously.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one GameZones account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent restrictions or to claim welcome bonuses more than once — are strictly prohibited. If GameZones detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending review, and any bonus funds involved will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any information found to be false, misleading, or outdated may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GameZones account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — not with family, friends, or anyone claiming to be GameZones staff. GameZones will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password for your GameZones account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Notify GameZones immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GameZones will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

GameZones supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and will be flaged for review. Similarly, withdrawals can only be made to a payment method owned and verified under the same name as your GameZones account.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically under 15 minutes for GCash and Maya; up to 1 banking day for bank transfers.
• GameZones does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

GameZones may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is in place to protect all players from fraud and unauthorised transactions. Verification documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

GameZones regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These terms take precedence over these general Terms in cases of conflict.

The following general rules apply to all GameZones bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available once per player, per household, and per IP address.
• GameZones reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date they are credited, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profits regardless of game outcome, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using bonus funds in a way that circumvents the intended wagering requirements — is a serious violation. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have winings voided and the account suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

GameZones is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and all live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals under strict supervision. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of your bet or your account history.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on GameZones and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players in poker, card games, or other competitive formats.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of game outcomes in sports betting.

In the event of a disputed game result, GameZones will refer to the official game logs and server records. These records are the definitive authority in the event of any discrepancy between what was displayed on your screen and the actual game outcome. This can occur due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Privacy & Data Use

GameZones collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreing to these Terms, you also agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, personalise your gaming experience, and comply with regulatory obligations. GameZones will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension & Termination

GameZones reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account if there is reasonable cause to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward GameZones staff or other players.
• Court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, GameZones will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies. Account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

GameZones provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, game integrity, and payment processing reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GameZones shall not be liable for:

• Loss of gaming session data due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble on the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where reasonable security measures were not observed by the player.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit GameZones' liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by GameZones' own negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

GameZones may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, GameZones will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance via email or on-platform notifications.

Your continued use of the GameZones platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your option is to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
